They were conveniently located to the port and did provide free shuttles to air and sea ports.

Major confusion when boarding shuttles to port.

Hotel common areas were nice and the breakfast in the morning was much appreciated. The rooms were also redone and were clean, but the exterior of the building was not attractive. Good, clean hotel for good value.

Very packed lobby due to cruise travelers on Sunday morning.

Good and clean hotel. Facilities appeared very nice; good pool area. Breakfast provided on Sunday morning.

Prompt service in each dealing with them.

Room was a good deal away from desk - late at night and alone!

The people there were courteous, friendly, and competent. They gave good information about their services, i.e. I used their shuttle from and back to the airport.

It was close to the airport.

The shuttle went every hour instead of more frequently which is what I needed.

The room was old and outdated with badly painted walls in the bathroom but did not smell bad. The fridge leaked but water was hot in the bathroom which was clean.
